Are you a "paddle tennis" or "platform tennis" fan? If so, your evenings and weekends can start with an exciting discovery—two courts right on Park Avenue in New York City!

With the help of local enthusiasts, Loyola School’s paddle/platform courts were constructed in 1977 and a membership group was formed which has become known as the Loyola Associates. Members of the Loyola Associates are given the opportunity to use the courts in the fall and winter on weekday evenings and on weekends. Membership fees collected are used to support Loyola School’s Scholarship Fund. The Loyola Associates is a coed membership group and is made up of players from beginners level to the highly competitive level. Loyola School’s paddle/platform courts truly provide a wonderful opportunity to play a terrific sport while getting to know some outstanding people.

Paddle season at Loyola begins in early fall and ends in early spring. There are two courts available for membership use. The weekday schedule offers court times from 4:45 pm to 9:45 pm and courts can be reserved for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The weekend schedule offers courts times from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and courts can be reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

If you are interested in joining the Loyola Associates, we invite to contact Kelly McGee by phone at 646.346.8135 or by email at kmcgee@loyola-nyc.org. Mary will assist you in the membership application process. We look forward to welcoming you!
